Patient Consultations: During Your Visit You Will Meet Our Team of Venous & Vascular Specialists

Starting with check-in by our representatives at the front desk, we will collect some basic demographics and insurance information. Once you are checked-in, one of our providers will confirm the order for your visit and one of our vascular technologists will prepare you for your ultrasound scan. Depending on their findings, this scan can take between 30-60 minutes. Ultrasound is a safe and painless diagnostic tool for detecting vascular disease. High-frequency sound waves are transmitted through the skin to create an image of the vascular system.

After your scan, you will meet again with one of our skilled providers. In some offices, this will be a physician, in others this will be an advanced practice provider. Our providers will review your medical history and provide recommendations based on how these relate to your findings.
