Our spring 2015 newsletter announces the recent awarding of a three-year term of accreditation in vascular testing in the areas of Peripheral Arterial Testing by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC). This accreditation means that the Center for Vascular Medicine has undergone intense scrutiny of our practices, technology and patient care by experts in the field of vascular testing. Although voluntary, this accreditation proves our dedication to both the integrity of our work and the health and welfare of our patients.
The Center for Vascular Medicine proudly serves Maryland and the Washington DC metro area, providing diagnosis and treatment for deep venous disease, including peripheral artery disease (PAD), May-Turner syndrome and pelvic congestion.
This month’s newsletter also announces our new dialysis access program. To be led by Michael Malone, MD, FACS, a board certified vascular surgeon who has been providing this specialty service for over 17 years, our new program will provide a range of outpatient services to address the growing number of patients suffering with renal disease.
Contact our Greenbelt, Maryland location to learn more about these services and how we can help you receive the medical treatment you need in a warm, comfortable outpatient setting.
